Kim

Kim joined Bucklin Family Dentistry in July 2019 and comes with 22 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from Coldwater High School and then continued her education at Ferris State University. Kim and her husband Dan have two daughters and two granddaughters and one grandson. She belongs to Xi Zeta Gamma, Women Who Care, and a ladies book club. Kim enjoys spending time with her family and grandbabies and is always up for a fun adventure.

Danielle

Danielle graduated from Sturgis High School. She went to GVSU and obtained her B.S. in Biology. Danielle and her husband, Eric, have two daughters, Hadley and Berklee. Danielle enjoys watching the girls in volleyball and cheer, traveling with the club volleyball team, and their frequent visits to Disney. She also likes to play sand volleyball. Danielle loves Michigan winters, especially when it snows. A fun fact about Danielle is that she has been a part of the practice the longest, as she started as a patient when she was a child.

Kelley - Dental Hygienist

Kelley was born and raised in Coldwater. She obtained her Associates in Medical Assisting from International Business College in Fort Wayne, IN. She worked for the Community Health Center of Branch County for 2 years before returning to college. In 2003, she earned her Associates degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Kellogg Community College. She also obtained her licensure in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys watching football and baseball, especially the Lions and Tigers. She also loves vacationing in the Caribbean.

Alexys Clark - Dental Hygienist

Alexys or Lex began her journey in dentistry during high school, working as a dental assistant for nearly a decade before earning her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Kellogg Community College. As a hygienist, Lex finds the most joy in connecting with her patients—helping them set and achieve their oral health goals while celebrating life’s everyday milestones along the way. She’s passionate about making each visit informative, comfortable, and personalized. Outside the office, Lex stays busy with her three children and enjoys reading, cooking, and always seems to have a new project idea ready for her husband to build.

Madison- Dental Hygienist

Madison graduated from Athens High School and went on to attend Kellogg Community College, where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2022. Having been a patient at Bucklin Family Dentistry throughout her childhood, Madison is excited to now be providing care to the same community she grew up in.

In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and her friends. She also loves being outdoors and taking her dog, Bug, on long walks.

Marissa - Dental Assistant

Marissa has been in the dental field since 2014. As a child Marissa always enjoyed going to the dentist. She enjoys building new relationships with people and, most of all, making them smile. Marissa believes that everyone deserves the perfect smile, and loves being able to assist them in accomplishing that goal. Marissa believes that the best and most rewarding part of being in the dental field is that you never stop learning! Marissa is a proud mother of two boys, Liam and Maverick. She would love to show you pictures of her children whenever you come to the office! When Marissa is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family on the dairy farm!

Natalie - Dental Assistant

Natalie has been in the dental field since 2024 and has had an interest in dentistry from a young age. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with an associate degree in Dental Assisting and earned her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Although Natalie grew up feeling anxious about visiting the dentist, she has transformed that experience into a passion for helping both children and adults feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits. Outside of work and continuing her education, Natalie enjoys spending time with her dog, trying new recipes, and visiting with friends and family.

Nikki

Nikki is a graduate of Coldwater High School. She began her dental career right out of high school working for Dr. G David Rubley as a dental assistant for many years and later earning her Associate in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene from Kellogg Community College. She has 13 yrs experience as a Dental Hygienist and joined Bucklin Family Dentistry in 2023. She loves connecting with her patients, making them feel cared for, and educating them on the connection between their oral and systemic health. She is currently pursuing certification as a Myofunctional Therapist and Myo Munchee Practitioner.

Nikki and her husband, David, live in Coldwater. They have 3 children, Chandler, Dalton, and Ben. She enjoys loving on her family whenever possible as they are now young adults. Her hobbies include walking with her husband and dog, yoga, reading, making handmade gifts and being creative. She looks forward to providing you with the best care possible.
